Cancellation Policy
IF 24 HOUR NOTICE IS NOT PROVIDED, 50% OF THE FULL SERVICE VALUE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED.
ALL 'NO SHOW' APPOINTMENTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE FULL 100% SERVICE VALUE.
*If a valid credit card is not on file, an invoice will be sent via email and must be paid prior to making any future appointments.
Please note that this policy is simply to ensure adequate use of our clients' & stylists' time. We ask that all appointment cancellations be communicated to the salon, VIA PHONE (614-792-5767) OR the ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL, no less than 24 hours in advance.
Providing this sufficient notice not only allows us to provide timely services to other clients who might be waiting for an appointment, but also allows us to retain the highest degree of expert stylist staff here at The Studio on Bridge!
